Repair Funding is the option most homeowners have never heard of. Here's exactly who pays for the repairs, how the process works, and when (and if) you repay.

If you've only ever heard 'we buy houses for cash,' Repair Funding probably sounds too good to be true. It isn't — it's just a different model. Instead of buying your house at a discount, we fund the repairs it needs so it can sell for full value, and you keep more of the equity.

Who pays for the repairs

We do. We front the cost of the repairs — roof, plumbing, kitchen, whatever the house needs — so you don't have to come up with the cash. The work gets done by vetted contractors, and the home's value goes up accordingly.

How the process works

  • We assess the house, the needed repairs, and the after-repair value.
  • We fund and coordinate the repairs.
  • Once the work is done, you sell the house at its higher value — or refinance and keep it.
  • The repair funding is repaid from the sale or refinance proceeds.

When you repay

You repay from the proceeds only if and when you sell or refinance. If you refinance and keep the house, the funding is paid back from that. The point is you never pay out of pocket up front — the repairs pay for themselves through the higher value they create.

"Repair Funding isn't a loan you stress about. It's the repair money that was always trapped in your house, unlocked."
